Aga Khan Development Network 27 Feb 2011, 7:47 pm Hello everyone :-)
Could anyone please give me further info on Aga Khan Development Network's (AKDN) Historic Cities project in Egypt?
I believe that the mosques and palaces in the Fatamid and Ottoman era palaces are being restored in Cairo under the project, which is not only offering architectural but social regeneration.
The Islamic Art Museum has also been redesigned and the next step will be the project of the new Museum of Historic Cairo.
